Meet Clare - Director and Pilates Teacher

In 2014 my mum suggested I try Pilates. I had two children under four with all the aches and pains of that lifestyle.

Pilates caught my heart and I developed a dedicated practice which led me to begin teacher training in 2016.

What can I offer folks who come into the studio? I provide the environment and opportunities to increase mobility, strength and control.

Meet Nat - Pilates Teacher

Hey! I’m Nat, and I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m a qualified matwork pilates instructor dedicated to helping people from all seasons of life, fitness levels and abilities to become stronger, improve mobility and move more confidently in their bodies.

After having my first child 7 years ago and experiencing significant and challenging changes to my body, strength and how my body moved,  my interest in wellness grew.

As a former elite diver, I’ve always been interested in performance, and post-kids I found myself drawn back into movement. As I worked to regain my strength post-childbirth, I fell in love with martial arts, dance, weight training and pilates.

Prioritising moving my body soon evolved into a desire to help others find joy in movement for health and longevity. My goal is to stay curious about what we can achieve for our bodies and ourselves, through new modalities and ancient ways of moving.

I can’t wait for you to join me in movement, and to bear witness to the transformative, positive effects that high quality Pilates training will have on your daily life.
